In deciding whether to retain your own Loss Assessor, be aware that your Insurers will appoint a 'Loss Adjuster' to look after the claim on their behalf.

Their role is to protect the interests of the Insurance Company and so it is imperative that you have a professional Loss Assessor to advise you, and prepare a claim on your behalf.

We have the expertise and knowledge to ensure that a full entitlement is achieved and will remove the stress of making a claim.

What does an Insurance Assessor Do?

When it comes to filing a claim on your insurance policy in Ireland for property damages such as flood, fire, or burglary, an insurance assessor, also known as a loss assessor, can be a valuable ally in ensuring that your interests are represented fairly.

An insurance assessor, is an independent professional hired by the policyholder to negotiate their insurance claim with the insurance provider. Typically, insurance companies appoint their own loss adjuster to assess the claim and determine liability.

However, policyholders can also opt to hire independent loss assessors to provide unbiased and comprehensive assessment services. This includes compiling all necessary proof and supporting documentation required by the policy conditions.

At Capital Claims, our experienced Dublin based insurance claim specialists are dedicated to providing personalized and professional assistance to our clients throughout the claims process. By working closely with our clients, we strive to ensure that they receive the maximum compensation they are entitled to, based on their individual circumstances.
